On June 6th, 2015, ZIBO RIKEN MT COATED ABRASIVES CO., LTD. and NIHON KENSHI CO., LTD. formally signed an agreement on equity transfer at management committee in National High-tech Industrial Zone, Changzhou, Jiangsu. ZIBO RIKEN MT COATED ABRASIVES CO., LTD. purchased 70% acquisition of CHANGZHOU NIKKEN ABRASIVE CO., LTD. from NIHON KENSHI CO., LTD.

After transfer, CHANGZHOU NIKKEN ABRASIVE CO., LTD. is renamed CHANZHOU RMN ABRASIVES CO., LTD., which means RIKEN MT and NIHON KENSHI realize mutual compensation of advantages, common development and new cooperation.

According to the integration, ZIBO RIKEN MT COATED ABRASIVES CO., LTD. and CHANZHOU RMN ABRASIVES CO., LTD. will make full use of the scale advantages and technological advantages, so as to raise the level of specialization and greatly improve the efficiency of management. According to the products’ characteristics, we will establish the information service platform and sales network, which directly serve for professional markets, distributors and major clients. Therefore, this will satisfy customers' individual requirements better.
